A small team, one shared projectSoon

Everyone talks to the bot in their own chat; tasks, notes and tables land in one shared project. Reminders go to whoever they are for — the plan.

Five people, a spreadsheet nobody updates, and a group chat where decisions scroll away. You do not need a project management tool; you need one place that remembers what was agreed, reachable from the chat each person already has open.

The task lands in the shared project. Everyone on the team sees it on their list; whoever it is for sets their own reminder.

Ask the project, not the people

“What is open for the launch?” answers from the project’s tasks. “What did we decide about pricing?” searches the notes. Nobody has to scroll up.

The shared table

Leads, bugs, shifts — whatever the team tracks in a spreadsheet becomes a table members can add to by texting and query in plain language. An automation reports the numbers whenever someone opens it.

Questions

Does everyone need an account?

Each member logs in once with Telegram, Google or email. After that, what they say to the bot lands in the shared project.

Who sees what?

Members of the shared project see its tasks, notes and tables. Personal projects stay personal even for people on the same team.

Does the bot join our group chat?

No. Each member has their own chat with the bot; the project is what they share.

Start with one message

Open the bot, say what's on your mind, and see it become a task.
