Projects for you, projects for the team
Every task, note and table belongs to a project, and a project's data is kept apart from every other. Sharing a project with your team is next.
A project is a container: tasks, notes, tables, automations and the conversation about them. You start with one. Everything you say lands in it.

Isolation
Every project’s data is kept apart from every other project’s. A table in one project is invisible to a query in another; search results are filtered per project; automations run against one project’s tables. There is no cross-project leakage to reason about.
Sharing Soon
Add members to a project and they see its tasks, notes and tables, create in it, and get their own reminders — each in their own chat with the bot. Personal projects stay personal even for people on the same team.
Usage
Work done in a project consumes credits from a subscription. The charge policy bills the person who asked.
Questions
How many projects can I have?
As many as you like — “create a project called Launch” does it. Switching between them in the app is coming.
Is project data isolated?
Yes. Each project's tables are kept apart from every other project's; queries cannot cross that line. Notes, tasks and search are scoped the same way.
Who pays for a shared project's usage?Soon
The person whose message caused the work — that is the default charge policy, and it is what a shared project will start with.
