Terms of service
The agreement between you and the service: what you get, what you may not do, and how billing works.
Updated
These terms will be finalised, with the operating company named, before launch. The substance is set out here so nothing is a surprise.
The service
A personal data assistant: tasks, notes, reminders, tables, automations and messenger bots, accessed through a conversation and a web app. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it.
Your account and content
You are responsible for what you upload and for keeping access to your messenger account secure. Your content remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it to you and the members you invite.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to access other users’ data or to disrupt the service, no automated abuse of the AI. We may suspend accounts that do.
Billing
Plans are periods with a credit budget and a storage cap. Credits are consumed by AI usage at the tariff pinned when you bought the plan; unused credits expire with the period. Refunds follow the law of your country of residence.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms with notice on the site. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account; we may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
