How billing works
A credit is the unit you buy. Each model the assistant uses has a rate in credits per million tokens, split into input, cached input and output — cached input is priced at its own, lower rate, so a long conversation gets cheaper as it goes.
Storage is measured daily: documents, tables and search indexes per project. A plan comes with a cap; needing more means the next tier.
The tariff you buy on is pinned for the whole period. When we change prices, existing subscriptions finish at the rate they were bought on.
Questions
What happens when I run out of credits?
The assistant tells you and stops spending. Your data stays available and readable; you buy the next period to continue.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. A subscription is one period; credits and the storage allowance live and die with it. That is what keeps the pricing simple.
Is there a per-seat price?
No. Plans are priced by credits and storage, never by the number of people. Enterprise is sized per organisation — get in touch.
Do the plans differ in features?
No. Every plan has every feature; the tiers differ only in the AI credit budget and the storage cap.
