Privacy policy
What we store, where, for how long, and who can see it. Written to be read.
Updated
This policy describes how the service handles your data. The product name and the operating company will be filled in before launch; the practices below are already how the system is built.
What we store
- Account: the identifier of the messenger account you log in with (Telegram or WhatsApp), your display name, and a session.
- Content you create: tasks, notes, reminders, projects, tables you upload, automations and their run snapshots, and the conversation with the assistant.
- Usage records: which AI model processed a message, how many tokens it consumed and when — the basis for billing.
Where it lives
On our servers: your documents, your tables, and the search indexes that make them findable. Each project’s data is stored separately from every other project’s. Automations run in your browser, not on our servers.
Who processes it
Messages you send to the assistant are processed by AI model providers to produce the answer. Only the conversation and the tool results needed for that answer are sent; tables are queried on our side and only the query result is included. If you connect an external MCP client, that client receives what its tool calls return.
Retention and deletion
Content stays until you delete it. Deleting a project deletes its tables, notes, tasks and snapshots. Deleting your account deletes everything within 30 days; usage records are kept in aggregated form for accounting.
Your rights
You can download the files you uploaded at any time, and you can ask for a full export or deletion of your data by contacting us at the address published on the launch site.
During the closed beta
Opening the bot in Telegram creates your account and puts it on the beta waitlist. We use the same Telegram account to tell you when your access opens, and for nothing else until then. To be taken off the list and have the account deleted, write to us at the address published on this site.
If you leave your email on the beta page instead, we keep that address, unconfirmed. We use it for one thing: an invitation when your access opens. It becomes a confirmed part of your account only when you sign in with it.
Analytics on this website
This website — not the app — uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, and only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Until then nothing from Google is loaded. It records which pages are opened, the site or campaign that brought you here, and your approximate country, device type and browser. It does not store IP addresses, and we have advertising features and Google signals switched off.
For this, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_…, kept for up to 13 months. Google Ireland Limited processes the data for us; it may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Visit-level data is deleted after 2 months; we keep only the aggregated reports.
You can withdraw your consent at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page: the cookies are deleted and Google Analytics no longer loads. Declining changes nothing about how the website works.
