How to share a project with your teamSoon

Create a project and add members. Everyone gets the same tasks, notes and tables, and their own reminders — the planned flow.

Personal projects stay private. Data in the shared project — tables included — is kept apart from everything else; nothing from your personal project is visible to members.

  1. Create the project

“Create a project called Launch.” This works today.

  2. Add membersSoon

In the project settings, add people by the account they log in with. Members need to have logged in once so the assistant knows who they are.

  3. WorkSoon

Each member talks to the bot in their own chat. A task added by one is on everyone's list; reminders go to each member's own chat.

Questions

What works today?

Creating projects — “create a project called Launch” — and the isolation between them. Adding members and switching projects in the app are what this guide is waiting on.

Will I be able to remove someone?

Yes, in the project settings. Their reminders for that project stop.

Who pays for the AI usage in a shared project?

The person who asked — that is the charge policy today.
