Habits, workouts and health, logged by texting

Log a workout, a weight, a mood or a symptom in one message. It becomes a table you can chart, ask about and report on weekly.

Tracking apps fail on the days you skip. A chat does not: “ran 5k, 27 min” is logged in three seconds, and a missed day is just a missing row.

Log in one line

“Weight 78.4”, “slept 6h, restless”, “gym: squats 5×5 at 80”. Each becomes a row in the right table — weight, sleep, workouts — with the date of the message.

“Chart my weight this year.” “Average sleep on weekdays vs weekends.” Questions over months of rows, answered in a card.

The weekly check-in

An automation pinned into your Health note: this week’s workouts, average sleep, the trend line. The assistant writes it; your browser runs it whenever you open it.

Questions

Is health data treated differently?

It lives in your account like any other table, kept apart inside your own project, and automations run in your browser. Nothing is shared or sold. Read the privacy policy for the details.

Can it remind me to log?Soon

A one-off reminder, yes — “remind me at 22:00 to log today”. A reminder that repeats every evening is coming.
