How to set a recurring reminderSoon

Say “every” and a time, and the reminder comes back on schedule to the chat you used. The planned phrasing, editing and stopping.

Reminders are delivered by a scheduled job on the backend, not by your phone — on Telegram, WhatsApp or email, whichever your account is connected to. They keep working when the app is closed. Repeating them on a schedule is the next step for the same object.

  1. Say it with a scheduleSoon

“Every Monday at 9…”, “every day at 22:00…”, “on the 1st of each month…”. One message can carry several reminders.

    A reminder that comes back
    1. Every Monday at 9 remind me to water the plants and check the budget sheet

    2. Two weekly reminders, Mondays at 09:00.

      Water the plants

      Reminder · Every Monday, 09:00

      Check the budget sheet

      Reminder · Every Monday, 09:00

  2. Check the card

The reply shows each reminder with its time. If the time zone looks off, it follows the one the web app captured; open the app once and it is remembered.

  3. Change or stopSoon

“Move the plants reminder to Tuesday” or “stop reminding me about the budget sheet”. Or open Reminders in the app and edit there.

Questions

What works today?

One-off reminders: “remind me tomorrow at 9”, “remind me about the invoice task on Thursday morning”. Each fires once, on the channel your account is connected to.

Can a reminder be attached to a task?

Yes. “Remind me about the invoice task on Thursday morning” links the reminder to the task; you see it on the task's page.

Do reminders cost credits?

Creating one uses a little AI; delivering it uses none.
