# Tasks and reminders that actually ping you

> Say what needs doing and when. You get a task on your list and, if you asked, a real scheduled message in Telegram at that time.

Most apps make you choose between a to-do list and an alarm. The assistant does not: one sentence can create a task with a due date, a reminder at a specific time, or both, linked to each other.

## What you can say

- **“Add a task to send the invoice by Friday”** — a task, due Friday, no reminder.
- **“Remind me at 3pm to call the dentist”** — a reminder only; it pings you at 15:00 and that is it.
- **“…and remind me the morning before”** — a task plus a linked reminder.
- **“What's on my plate today?”** — the list, in chat, wherever you are.

## How it works

A reminder is a scheduled delivery job, not a tagged task. When the time comes, the backend sends the message on the channel your account is connected to — Telegram, WhatsApp or email. The task stays on your list with its status (`New`, `In progress`, `Done`) and due date, shows up in the calendar view, and can be linked to notes and files.

## Recurring reminders <Soon />

“Every Monday at 9…” is what a reminder should understand next: the same object with a repeat interval, stopped from the chat or the app.

## In the app

Tasks have their own tab with list and calendar views. Every task card shows title, status and due date; opening it shows the description, tags, links to related notes and the reminders attached to it. Change anything in the app or by saying it in chat — both edit the same object.
